My name is Taila Bateman and ​I am a small scale border collie breeder located in Wichita, Kansas. I specialize in border collies that can perform in any sport and also actively compete in the conformation ring. My dogs and puppies are registered with AKC with the option for UKC and actively compete in various sports in both registries. All of my breeding dogs are health tested and clear by parentage and have their hips and elbows tested at minimum prior to breeding. I heavily research their pedigrees and while no line is perfect, I strive to only breed dogs with no known history of health issues. Structure, temperament, and health are my priorities when breeding my dogs. My dogs are family pets first and their happiness is my priority.
